Interested in mushrooms, plants and foraging? Want to meet other nature loving queers in Edinburgh and connect over a cup of foraged tea?

Join Lauren from Rhyze Mushrooms & Johanna (Foraging Gardener) for a Queer Fungi Foray at Cammo Estate Park.

We will explore which fungi can be foraged this season, how to identify them with confidence, and ways to make use of them in food and medicinal preparations. Additionally, we’ll create a space to discuss fungal queerness and folklore.

All participants will recieve a copy of Johanna's (very witchy and awesome) Fungi and Folklore zine.

Be sure to dress appropriately for a winter walk in Scotland: think waterproofs and warm layers!

Access Information: Meet at the South Cammo Car Park at 1pm.

The paths are flat and mostly paved or well-trodden. If you have specific access requirements, please reach out to us in advance, and we will be able to accommodate your needs and answer any questions you may have.
