We make our Lion’s Mane tinctures with 100% Lion’s Mane fruiting bodies grown at our farm in North West Edinburgh on locally-sourced business byproducts.
Our substrate is made up of 90% hardwood sawdust, a sustainable byproduct local of milling and furniture making and 10% organic bran which is a byproduct from a local grain mill.
Every 100ml bottle of our tincture contains the equivalent of 250g of fresh fruiting body.
We use a dual extraction process with organic ethanol alcohol and a pressure extraction carried out at 15 PSI to ensure our tinctures contain a wide spectrum of beneficial compounds.
